CAMP KINDLE DAY CAMP (A Day Camp for youth 5-12 in Southern California impacted by various health challenges, with a focus on youth receiving Behavioral Intervention. Staff are 16+ yrs of age. CAMP KINDLE (A residential camp with a primary focus on HIV positive youth ages 8-17, also serving youth directly affected by the disease. Campers reside throughout the United States.)

Eva Payne, the organization’s Founder and Executive Director was recognized by L’Oréal Paris as a Women Of Worth Honoree and was recognized at a gala event in New York City. L’Oréal Paris donated $2,500 to Camp Kindle, and $2,500 was also donated in her name to The Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. Eva Payne was selected out of over 4,000 nominees as a Volvo For Life Award Finalist in 2006 and was awarded $25,000 for Camp Kindle. Again in 2007, Eva was selected as a state finalist. She was also named SCV 40 under 40 in 2014.
